WHERE DID OUR SUMMER GO

 

 

Can you imagine it was so green, full of life, 
a month ago,  Look at the difference.

LONDON
The place where we shared with the Olympic stars,
 Victoria Park, the People's Park were the
the Olympics were held.

 Then there was
BERLIN
in another season
Where the sun came down with over barring heat.
they said, oh! it will only last a week.
the heat was so unexpected.

A reminder of what we would be
returning to before the 
the end of Summer

The long days are fading
darkness
comes to soon.

  Changing of the season
comes upon us
as we try to push it aside
we are never ready
to greet the change

With the cool brisk air comes a renewed
feeling of life
a change of wardrobe
a quicker step
a renewal
of you.

HOW TO BEAT THE SYSTEM

New tip  this one took lots of nerve but I did it and you can too.  I was in the Doctors office and I had
just had an Ultrasound on my legs due to the swelling still not going down like it should from my trip and the
operation before I left to reroute the blood .   I imagine you know how cold the gel is and wet and ??? it
is and I was so cold  after waiting  a 1/2 hour I just pulled the paper sheet off the table and wrapped up
it it.  It felt wonderful.  Hope you learned how to beat the system   Now if you want information about
the wonderful support hose I buy from Europe light weight, sheer, beautiful and  they are working   Love them.  They feel great and they stop the pain.

TIPS FOR THE KITCHEN

TAKE A MAGNET, BLACK MARKER, WRITE ON ONE CLEAN  OTHER  DIRTY USE ON THE
DISHWASHER ONE AT A TIME THE ONE NOT USED PUT ON THE SIDE OF THE REFRIGERATOR.  IT SAVES ALL THE QUESTION?

IF YOU HAVE A BLACK DISHWASHER  LIKE MINE BUY A SILVER MARKER ( WHITE IS TO OVER POWERING) NOW MARK OVER THE DIGITAL SQUARES WHERE YOU WANT TO PUNCH EACH WASHING.  IT WORKS GREAT FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE A HARD TIME SEEING WITH OUT THEIR READING GLASSES.

PUT VINEGAR IN THE DISHWASHER CUTS THE GREASE AND MAKES THE DISHES SPARKLE, JUST POUR  A SMALL AMOUNT TO THE INSIDE BOTTOM OF THE DISHWASHER. 

IF YOU HAVE AN OLDER HOME AND HAVE A PORCELAIN SINK, TO MAKE IT SHINE AND CLEAN, DOUBLE A GOOD QUALITY OF PAPER TOWEL AND POUR RUBBING ALCOHAL ON TOWEL,  SPRINKLE COMET IN SINK AND WORK IT CLEAN.  YOU WILL BE SURPRISED.  RINSE WELL.
