YOU FIND THE CAN OF GOOSEBERRY AT YOUR GROCERY STORE
WITH THE DARK BING CHERRIES

THIS IS MY CREAM GOOSEBERRY PIE
1 CAN OF GOOSEBERRIES
POUR CAN OF GOOSEBERRIES IN A BOWL

ADD 1/4 CUP OF CREAM (1/2 AND 1/2)
LET IT SET
IN ANOTHER BOWL MIX 1 1/2 CUPS OF SUGAR
1/4 CUP OF FLOUR
1/8 TEASPOON OF NUTMEG
1/8 TEASPOON OF GINGER

NOW MIX ALL TOGETHER 
AND POUR INTO THE PIE SHELL

THIS MAKES A SMALL 8" PIE

FOR YOUR PIE SHELL USE ONE FROM THE GROCERY STORE
LIKE PILLBURY PIECRUST  NON FROZEN TYPE
ROLL THIN  THEN TAKE PIE PLATE AND TURN OVER ON TO THE
PIE CRUST AND DRAW A CIRCLE 1/2" LARGER THAN THE PIE PLATE
FLIP OVER INTO THE PIE PLATE AND MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO
OPEN SPOTS PRESS WITH FINGER TO CLOSE
PINCH THE EDGES USING TWO FINGERS TO SEAL  

POUR PIE FILLING INTO THE PIE CRUST
  USE THE LEFT OVER PIE CRUST TO COVER
 THE TOP OF THE PIE  SPRINKLE WITH SUGAR
 COVER THE EDGE WITH METEL PIE CRUST COVER
OR USE FOIL CUT TO FIT
BAKE AT 425 DEGREES FOR 15 MINUTES THEN REDUCE HEAT
TO 375 DEGREES FOR 20  MINUTES
IF NOT BROWN ON TOP TURN UP HEAT FOR 3 MINUTES
ENJOY AND PASS IT ON

All I can say is I did not get to
wear my new Christmas gift
to myself this year
I told myself my leg swelling would be gone

The gift to myself was
a black cashmere dress from
Bloomingdale's
love that store even if I only can shop online

When I was in Europe I bought the above hoses
while I was in Paris then in Stuttgart, Germany
They worked for me they kept the swelling down
so I could walk and climb all the stairs they have
in Europe
love that area of the world

Now to tell you why I had this trouble
I followed the doctors orders to take this medicine
It was nearly the death of me
It left me with the largest legs and sever pain

Then there was surgery on both legs to reroute the
blood to the artery
I am a still fighting
going strong for you see I am a winner

BIG YELLOW BALL

 This is the beginning, 
for people who would like to know how to relieve pain in their legs,
 or swell,  from health problems, air travel, or other things like
allergic to a medication.

You might think, why should I read this, your young, healthy, beautiful and full of life.
so was I and this can happen over night or it can creep up on you until
you realize you are in a heap of trouble.

I will be tell you about my experience for the last few years six to be exact
The first thing is get your legs up,  I was told that so many times
but I was busy and use to going full speed
 
the big yellow ball was found to work for what they said, get your legs up to your heart

Wal Mart has them you need an air pump or a air compressor to blow them up
but it works
The swelling went down the pain is less

this is just the beginning of the story so stay posted and please write me

Flu was the last thing I would have been thinking about when I went to bed this 28th of December.

At 1:00 am I woke with a terrible pain and knew quick I needed to run, I will spare
 you the details but friend it is bad, expect to go both ways. 

I posted these for you to go and buy to save yourself from dying!

 another thing that are required,  put the medicine where you can get to it

mine was in the kitchen?  so we could get a glass of water or a spoon,  who knows

anyway, it was out of my reach and I could not wake up my husband

 if you have a doctor ask for a prescription for phenergan gel, it stops pain, nausea and it will

let you sleep

The druggist in our city compound it for you and put it in a syringe for easy use on your wrist.

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE AN EXTRA TRASH CAN NEAR YOU AT ALL TIMES

I HOPE YOU DO NOT CATCH IT!  BUT IF YOU DO BE PREPARED.

Now it is the end of January the 1st of our new year
and
I still feel week and not very well,
 its been tea and toast for to long
remember  the word BRAT that means when you are sick
eat
   banana's rice, applesauce, toast
